UMS-Wright Advances to the Second Round with win over Oak Mtn

Calera, AL – The 8th ranked UMS-Wright Bulldogs punched their ticket to the second round of the GBYLA varsity lacrosse playoffs with a 8-3 win over Oak Mountain Saturday at Calera’s Eagle Sports Complex.

The 9th ranked Oak Mountain Eagles closed out 2017 at 6-7 with wins over playoff teams Huntsville, Trussville, Bob Jones and Homewood. 

The Bulldogs will face the unbeaten and number one ranked Vestavia Hills Rebels Sunday at 1:00 at the Sicard Hollow Athletic Complex for the right to advance to the varsity lacrosse final four.
