Briarwood LAX knocks off Oak Mtn

Birmingham, AL – The 2017 Alabama high school lacrosse runner-up Briarwood Lions (2-0) christened Lion’s Pride Stadium with a 15-5 home opening win over the Oak Mountain Eagles (0-1) Friday night.  

The victory marked the first game played on-campus in the history of the Briarwood Christian lacrosse program.  

The Lions return to action Saturday at Noon against Prattville (0-1) in Lion’s Pride Stadium.  Oak Mountain hosts Spain Park (1-0) Thursday night at 7:30 at Herdmont Park.
