Auburn Varsity LAX wipes out Homewood 17-8

Homewood, AL – The Auburn Tigers varsity lacrosse squad took down the Homewood Patriots Saturday afternoon at Weygand Field.  The Tigers improved to 4-1 on the season while dropping Homewood to 1-1 in Alabama high school lacrosse play. 

Auburn begins a two game road swing Saturday at Huntsville High School (0-3), the Tigers cap the weekend with a showdown against the defending state champion Vestavia Hills Rebels (3-0) Sunday at noon at the Sicard Hollow Athletic Complex. 

Homewood hosts the Bob Jones Patriots (0-1) Saturday at 1:30 at Weygand Field.
