No. 9 Pleasant Grove upsets 6th ranked Briarwood Christian

Birmingham, AL – The ninth ranked Pleasant Grove Spartans (3-0, 1-0) marched into North Shelby County and rolled out with a 26-14 win over previously #1 ranked Briarwood Christian (0-2, 0-1) Friday night in Lion’s Pride Stadium.

Darrell LeBeaux’s Spartans travel to Lawson Field to take on the Ramsay Rams (2-1, 1-0) next Friday night. Briarwood welcomes the Woodlawn Colonels (1-2, 0-1) to Lion’s Pride Stadium.
