Tabernacle quarterback Clinton Chase accepts invite to All-American Bowl

Gardendale, AL – Tabernacle Christian School senior quarterback Clinton Chase has been selected to participate in the 2022 All-American Bowl Saturday December 17th in Gatlinburg, TN.

The Gatlinburg All-American Bowl is the the premier post-season all-star event for private and homeschool standouts from around the nation.  Chase is the first Tabernacle player to be featured in the annual showcase.  

The 6’1, 175 pound dual-threat quarterback closed out his senior campaign at Tabernacle Christian with 1,929 yards through the air, completing 146-of-231 passes and 28 touchdowns.  He added 600 yards and 11 touchdowns on the ground while helping lead the Torches to the CFA semifinals in 2022. 

“I am extremely blessed to be one of the players chosen to play in the All-American Bowl.  I wouldn’t have this opportunity without my incredible teammates and coaches.  All glory and honor to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.”  Chase said after being selected for the bowl. 

Chase was selected as the CFA’s Offensive Player of the Year, All-Conference Quarterback and claimed CM Gridiron’s fan choice Offensive Player of the Week for week 9 of the high school football season.
