Fyffe’s Logan Anderson Picks Up offers from Auburn and Georgia

Fyffe, AL – Fyffe High School standout Logan Anderson recently received an offer from the Auburn Tigers, just two days after picking up an offer from the Georgia Bulldogs. The 2025 linebacker, standing at 6-foot-2 and weighing 215 pounds, has made a name for himself as both a running back and outside linebacker for the powerhouse Red Devils.

During his junior season, Anderson ran for an impressive 2,864 yards and scored 45 touchdowns on 265 carries, playing a pivotal role in leading Fyffe to its seventh state championship in the last decade. His speed is noteworthy, clocking in at 4.46 and 4.44 seconds in the 40-yard dash. At AU’s camp, he worked out as an inside linebacker, receiving considerable one-on-one attention from defensive coordinator D.J. Durkin.

Anderson’s high school career hasn’t been without its challenges. After suffering a season-ending knee injury as a sophomore, he made a triumphant return to lead the Red Devils to a 14-1 record. In the state championship game against Reeltown, he recorded 256 yards and four touchdowns on 34 carries, earning 2023 Class 2A state championship MVP honors.

Logan is following in the footsteps of his older brother, former Auburn walk-on running back Payton Anderson. Currently rated as a three-star prospect by 247 Sports, Anderson holds offers from several prominent programs, including Arkansas, Army, Auburn, Clemson, Liberty, Navy, Ole Miss, and UCF, among others.

With his impressive stats and athletic prowess, Logan Anderson is undoubtedly a player to watch. The offers from Auburn and Georgia mark significant milestones in his burgeoning future on the gridiron, and there’s no doubt more will follow.
