Wenonah Honors Alum Sam Shade While Securing Fourth Victory
MONTGOMERY, AL – In a memorable Week 5, Wenonah High School senior Makhi Fowler delivered an exceptional performance with two touchdowns and 83 rushing yards on nine carries, leading the Dragons (4-1) to a 28-6 victory over the Huffman Vikings. The win, secured at Bell-Culpepper Stadium in the Magic City, marked their fourth victory this season. The night was made even more special as Wenonah retired former Dragon star and current Miles College head coach Sam Shade’s No. 4 jersey.
