Josh Niblett’s Hoover Bucs picked up at the 2018 Hoover City Elite 7on7 National Tournament the same way they ended 2017, winning on the gridiron. The defending 7A state champs capped the first frame of the tournament, on their home field, at a perfect 4-0. The Bucs offense lit up the scoreboard with 105 points while giving up 54 through four contests. Hoover kicks off day two of pool play Friday morning at 9:00 AM against North Carolina’s Mallard Creek High.
